Travel itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival at the airport in San Pedro Sula, depending on time of arrival continue travelling to Copan
Day 2 - Visit Copan ruins
Day 3 - Excursion on horseback to the coffee-plantation and visit the hot springs. We stay overnight at the Finca
Day 4 - We visit the cigar factory in Santa Rosa Copan and continue travelling to Gracias
Day 5 - Today we are going for a hike in Celaque National Park
Day 6 - We drive to Esperanza where we visit the cultural centre of the Lenca population and afterwards
Day 6 - we go to the local market where you can buy the best souvenirs
Day 7 - Travel to Lake Yojoa where we spend a free afternoon
Day 8 - Hike in the beautiful Cerro Azul Meambar National Park
Day 9 - Visit the Pulhapanzak water fall and the Naranjos National Park
Day 10 - Travel to Tela, afternoon free
Day 11 - Visit Cuero y Salado and continue on to Pico Bonito National Park.
Day 12 - Rafting on the Cangrejal river or a jungle walk to the waterfall
Day 13 - Visit the Garifuna population at Sambo Creek
Day 14 - Return to San Pedro Sula
Day 15 - Return trip home or extend excursion and visit Roatan and stay at Villagio Verde B&B
